職位描述，工作職責Responsibilities：

1、能夠全英文授課，并保證教學質(zhì)量；

Can teach in English and ensure the quality of instruction.

2、能夠在外教課堂中擔任助教工作；

Can work as a teaching assistant for the foreign teachers.

3、能夠熟練操作辦公軟件，獨立制作教學課件；

Proficiency in office software, and capable of independently designing courseware.

4、能夠通過電話教學、日常溝通等方式對學生的學習效果進行跟蹤，為家長提供優(yōu)秀的教學售后服務(wù)；

Track students’ learning progress through telephone teaching, daily communication, and so on. Provide parents with excellent teaching service.

5、能夠進行教室和教具的日常維護和管理；

Do the routine maintenance and management of classrooms and teaching aids.

入職要求Entry requirements：

1、大學本科或以上學歷；（英語專業(yè)、教育專業(yè)、有相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗或海外留學經(jīng)歷者可適當放寬）

University degree or above; (English, Education, relevant work experience or study abroad experience may be relaxed)

2、口語標準、地道；較強的讀寫能力；

Standard oral English, strong literacy;

3、熱愛兒童和英語教育事業(yè)；

Loves children, and having an English educational career;
